The Delaware Asphalt Pavement Association (DAPA) was formed and incorporated in April 1966. Our members consist of Hot-mix Producers, Asphalt Cement suppliers, Aggregate suppliers, General Contractors and Paving Contractors, and Asphalt Additive suppliers.

DAPA has and continues to work closely with DelDOT on specifications and quality of asphalt pavements. Over the years, in partnership with DelDOT, we have helped to form the Highway Trust Fund, Asphalt Escalation Clause and incorporating RAP into our mixes.
